Our make up artists and some of our actors participated in the Metro training scenario at that Meadows Mall. The importance of such training really hit home with the recent shooting at that mall in Kenya.
We put 20 actors into make up to replicate victims in this scenario. We got comments from Captain Burns that the Battalion Commanders had said this was the most realistic training they have ever had!!! We have been asked to assist in the next training that is even BIGGER!!!
Our cast was glad to help. They were able to use their talents and skills to help our local officers train for critical situations that we all hope they never have to actually respond to.
