Forbes Magazine just ranked us a TOP West Coast Haunt!! This isn't some guy doing reviews out of his bedroom for an unknown web blog...this is Forbes Magazine!! ASYLUM & HOTEL FEAR ranked right up there with Universal Studios Hollywood!!
This all volunteer staff is the BEST because they WANT to be there! They enjoy scaring the S$*^ out of people!! And you they get to do that because the attractions are designed to be actor driven!!
So what is actor driven you ask? The main scare is the actor, that is the focus of the house. Sure there are cool animations and effects, but mostly they are uses as a tool for the actor. The animation sets the, up but the ACTOR gets the scare! We always feel that no one can get a scare better that a REAL person!
So what do you get besides the thrill and satisfaction of scaring grown men to the point they unload their bladders? Well you become part of a very exclusive group! You become part of the Haunt Family! Depending upon your level of participation you can get all kinds of perks volunteering here! We have special activities spread throughout the season, we even bring out a BBQ and grill hotdogs for everyone! Participate a set number of nights and you get the coveted Cast T shirt. You can't buy them..you only EARN them! Perfect attendance (that's only 18 days!) and you get a Crew Hoodie!
You also qualify for various activities AFTER the haunt closes and we have more time to enjoy the activities! We have a cast appreciation party, probably at SkyZone Trampoline Park! We will get to run around the darkness again, this time with lasers at Battle Blast! Then we get the adrenaline pumping again at Pole Position!!! How about a free movie at Galaxy Movie Theaters, the BEST in Vegas!! This and more for making grown men weep!!!
